Sarah Ben-Tovim
Executive Leadership Coach
PCC, ICF | 20+ Years’ Leadership Experience

Executive coaching for senior leaders navigating complexity, change and decisions that matter

When something important has become difficult to think through alone, this is a confidential space to step back from the pressure, see the full picture and work out what the situation requires.

That means considering not only the immediate challenge, but the person, role, relationships, organisation and wider life around it.

The way forward may involve trusting what you already know, questioning an assumption, strengthening a capability, changing a boundary or choosing a different direction. The aim is not simply to perform more effectively, but to make choices that work for the leader you are becoming and the life you want around your work.

Making sense before making a move

Leadership challenges are rarely only technical or only personal. The work begins with the issue in front of you and gives it proper attention.

Step back and understand

Separate what matters from the surrounding noise. Explore the person, role, relationships, organisation and wider life without forcing a simple explanation.

Discern what is needed

Work out what deserves trust, what needs questioning and where another perspective, a different boundary or new learning may genuinely help.

Strengthen what the situation requires

Draw on the experience and capability already present, while recognising what may still need to be learnt, practised or supported.

Move forward intentionally

Translate what becomes clearer into a decision, conversation, experiment or practical change that fits your real context.

“Sarah has a remarkable ability to help me find clarity, build inner confidence, and establish effective strategies to help me move forwards and see results. I'm truly grateful for the positive impact she has had on my life."

A SPACE TO THINK HONESTLY

Warm, grounded, practical and psychologically aware. A place to slow the thinking down, notice patterns and contradictions, and explore both the immediate issue and anything beneath it that may genuinely help.

I am an ICF PCC Executive and Leadership Coach with more than 1,000 coaching hours and over 20 years’ leadership experience. Having led in complex, high-pressure and values-driven environments, I understand that a leadership difficulty is not automatically a confidence problem, a capability gap or a personal failing. The work pays attention to you and the context around you, what is already present and what may still need to be strengthened.

Strengthen what the situation requires

You do not need to know exactly what you want from coaching before we speak. A question, a difficult situation or a sense that something needs attention is enough.
