Executive coaching for senior leaders navigating complexity, change and decisions that matter
When something important has become difficult to think through alone, I help you step back from the pressure, understand what is actually happening and work out what the situation requires.
That may mean trusting what you already know, questioning an assumption, strengthening a capability, changing a boundary or choosing a different way forward.

You may be here because
you are stepping into greater responsibility or visibility
a difficult decision or relationship is taking up too much headspace
organisational change has unsettled how you lead or where you belong
you are carrying too much and finding it difficult to step back
you know something needs to change but are not yet sure what direction to take
the way you have always worked is no longer producing the same result
you are questioning whether the issue is confidence, capability, context or something else
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Part of the work may be understanding what the real question is.
Making sense before making a move
Leadership challenges are rarely only technical or personal. They can involve judgement, relationships, organisational realities, confidence, capability, identity and the wider life surrounding the work.
Our work begins with the issue in front of you. Together, we create enough space to understand what is happening, what may be shaping your response and what would genuinely help.
From there, we translate understanding into practical movement. That might be a clearer decision, a different conversation, a stronger boundary, a purposeful experiment or focused learning and practice.
Think clearly in complexity
Separate what matters from the noise. Explore competing demands, difficult decisions, relationships, assumptions and organisational conditions without forcing premature certainty.
Lead with greater discernment
Develop a more grounded relationship with your judgement. Recognise what deserves trust, what needs testing and where another perspective, new capability or different support may be needed.
Turn insight into intentional action
Use what becomes clearer to make decisions, hold conversations, adjust boundaries, practise new responses and lead in a way that fits the real context.
Leadership experience and coaching depth
I am an ICF PCC Executive and Leadership Coach with more than 1,000 coaching hours and over 20 years of leadership experience.
Before becoming a coach, I led in complex, high-pressure and values-driven environments, including Amnesty International and the Almeida Theatre. I managed teams, negotiated demanding stakeholder relationships, built partnerships and delivered significant work in organisations where purpose, people, performance and politics could not be separated.
That experience shapes how I coach. I do not assume every difficulty is a mindset problem, or that every leadership challenge needs another tool. I pay attention to the person and the context, what is already present and what still needs developing.
My role is not to provide a ready-made answer. It is to help you understand the situation well enough to make a more informed and intentional choice.

A coaching relationship shaped around you
Chemistry conversation
A complimentary conversation to understand what brings you to coaching, what you may want from the work and whether working together feels right. There is no expectation that you arrive with a finished brief.
Foundation
If we decide to work together, we begin by understanding more about you, your context and what would make the coaching worthwhile. We establish an overarching direction while leaving room for what becomes important as the work develops.
Ongoing coaching
Sessions connect the wider direction with the issue that feels most useful at the time. Most of the work happens through conversation, reflection and thoughtful challenge. Tools and frameworks are used when they add genuine value.
